Acceptance of Terms of Use

Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may lead to closure of all related accounts without compensation.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 94300 platform, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action if necessary:
- Using bots, automated software, or other technical methods to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties.

94300 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of violating these terms, including temporary suspension or permanent closure.
Payment and Financial Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 94300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a variety of local deposit and withdrawal methods including Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and domestic bank transfers. Foreign currencies are not accepted directly.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Withdrawals will be processed within the specified timeframe according to the chosen method, subject to successful identity verification.
Each transaction is final once confirmed by the system. 94300 is not liable for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for ensuring bank account or e-wallet details are accurate before requesting withdrawals.
- All values are in MYR — no currency exchange fees.
- Deposits are usually credited within 5–15 minutes.
- Withdrawals are processed after successful identity verification.
- All active bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawals can be processed.
Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
94300 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, errors, or unexpected downtimes at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 94300 disclaims liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use or inability to use the platform.
94300 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts under the following situations:
- Users found violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
- Users providing false information during registration or identity verification.
- Accounts inactive beyond the specified period without any transactions.
- At the request of authorized authorities under Malaysian law.
In cases of account closure due to fraud or terms violations, remaining account balances may be confiscated pending investigation. For voluntary account closures, balances will be returned once all active rollover requirements are met.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Applicable Laws
All content, designs, logos, software, and visual elements on the 94300 platform are the exclusive property of 94300 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or exploiting any platform content without prior written permission from 94300.
